This workshop will support you in learning how to tune in to the messages your body is trying to tell you and connect with your inner wisdom.
It will illuminate the ways in which symptoms are flags for deeper healing, and how in order to heal we need to look beyond the level of the physical.
Includes:
Gentle yoga, meditation, guided visualisation, group discussion & reflective journalling to connect with the messages from within.
Please bring a journal and pen and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

Dr Talia although medically trained by background, was propelled on a journey that led her to explore beyond the realm of the physical, into the role of the mind and spirit in the circumstances we face.
