Our Classes

  • Foundations

A class specifically designed for students new to yoga. The class begins with a focus on becoming familiar with a focus on breath and its application in practice. This may initially be in a standing, seated or lying posture. The practice will then prepare different body regions with short stretches in easier postures (kramas), then start to move into a vinyasa element, combing breath and movement. The class is slower moving and will educate the beginner in foundational yoga postures (asanas). No experience required and is our entry level class.

The class begins with a focus on calming and controlling the breath and then moves into a physical asana practice. The practice will focus on setting up the foundations for Flow practices, and on specific anatomical regions, or families of postures. • SOUL Strong

The scientific evidence is undeniable - We all should be doing some strength work.

These classes will build strength of the major large muscle groups, whilst not ignoring the smaller joint stabilisers. Taking extra consideration of the muscle groups that yoga does not specifically strengthen, Strong will contribute to your strength within your mobility, hence contributing to keeping you physically capable.

Each class is 40 minutes long, with the core of the class having 8 stations. In each station there will be 4 intervals of 40 seconds effort and 20 seconds rest. The focus on safety, quality and control guiding each task.

  • Full Spectrum

Eastern Energetics meet Western Science in this signature class. This class is designed to encourage exploration of full joint mobility, muscular and fascial pliability, and to facilitate an understanding of neural pathways and range. Delivered as a set sequence this class directs an inward focus whilst progressively accessing all regions of the physical body. Whilst it comprises a slower moving vinyasa, the sequence will challenge you to a depth that leaves you feeling physically and energetically balanced. All levels of students.
